Right of withdrawal

Purchased unopened items can be returned within 14 days (hereinafter referred to as the return period) from receipt by the customer.

To do this, the customer must declare the return to the provider within the return period and send the goods back to the provider. The goods must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. The deadline will be met if you hand over the goods to Swiss Post within the return period, properly packaged and with postage paid.

The customer bears the costs of the return. If the return was declared and processed in a timely manner, the provider will refund the customer the purchase price.
