Conditions
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter GTC) apply to the online shop at www.period.ch (hereinafter online shop). The operator of the online shop is: PERIOD. GmbH, Pumpwerkstrasse 41, 8105 Regensdorf (hereinafter referred to as provider).
The provider may change these terms and conditions at any time. The version of these General Terms and Conditions valid at the time of conclusion of the contract is decisive. Differing conditions from the customer will not be recognized.
1. General
The offer is aimed exclusively at people residing or based in Switzerland and Liechenstein. Shipping only takes place to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The pictorial representation of the products is for illustration purposes and is non-binding.
2. Shipping
Shipping takes place via Swiss Post. The customer's delivery address must be easily accessible for the delivery service, otherwise the customer will bear the additional costs resulting from the delivery.
It is at the provider's discretion whether the order is sent in one or more packages or as a letter.
3. Availability
The offers in the online shop are subject to change and are not to be understood as binding offers. Information regarding availability and delivery times is provided without guarantee and may change at any time.
4. Prices
The prices displayed in the online shop represent the actual prices to be paid. They include VAT, any public taxes passed on, copyright royalties, advance disposal contributions and other non-freely selectable surcharges of any kind. The shipping costs, which are shown in the shopping cart, are calculated separately.
The provider reserves the right to change the prices published in the online shop at any time. The price at the time of ordering is decisive for the purchase price.
5. Conclusion of contract
When the customer orders an item in the online shop, she submits an application to the provider to conclude a purchase contract. Once the application has been received by the provider, the customer will receive an automated confirmation of receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the application by the provider and does not contain any promise that the item can actually be delivered. The purchase contract is concluded when the provider confirms the order and issues the customer the invoice.
6. Shipping costs
The shipping costs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are a flat rate of CHF 0.00 per order, regardless of whether the order is sent in one or more parcels or as a letter.
7. Obligation to inspect and report complaints
If the ordered goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer must immediately complain to the delivery service and refuse acceptance. Transport damage must be reported to the provider.
The customer checks the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness, accuracy and damage. The customer must report defects within 5 days of receipt. In this case, the customer may not use the goods and must keep the original packaging. If the complaint is accepted by the provider, the customer must follow the provider's instructions for return.
8. Warranty
The provider grants the customer a guarantee that the purchased item is free of defects for a period of 2 years after delivery. The provider can choose which of the following measures it uses to provide the guarantee:
-
Replacement with a new product
-
Credit of the purchase price
-
Reduction
The warranty does not cover consumables and wear parts.
If it turns out that there is no defect, the customer will bear the costs of the inspection and shipping costs.
The statutory warranty provisions are excluded.
9. Return policy
Purchased unopened items can be returned within 14 days (hereinafter referred to as the return period) from receipt by the customer. To do this, the customer must declare the return to the provider within the return period and send the goods back to the provider. The goods must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. The deadline will be met if you hand over the goods to Swiss Post within the return period, properly packaged and with postage paid. The customer bears the costs of the return. If the return was declared and processed in a timely manner, the provider will refund the customer the purchase price.
10. Payment
The customer must make payments in Swiss francs. The following payment options are available to customers:

12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is regulated in the separate data protection declaration (www.period.one/privacy). This is part of these terms and conditions.
13. Severability clause
Should a provision of this contract be or become invalid or the contract contain a gap, the legal validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Instead of the missing or ineffective provision, a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose originally intended by the parties is deemed to have been agreed.
14. Force Majeure
In special events such as riots, large-scale strikes, civil unrest, natural events, etc., the affected party is only liable to the other party for damages that are demonstrably unrelated to these events.
